2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Data Retention Period
Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- enquiries not resulting in a contract – up to 12 months from last contact,
- data related to contract performance – for the duration of the contract and 5 years after its completion (accounting requirements),
- data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn.

Your data may be shared with entities providing services to Envirolab Sp. z o.o. (e.g. accounting, IT, hosting) solely to the extent necessary for the provision of those services and on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area
Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
7. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Personal data is not processed by automated means and is not subject to profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
